Great Class! Jeff was real life and practical. I like his ability to share both his failures and successes with the program as he developed it during his career. Allowed questions and always gave honest responses. I can see applications to my job setting and becoming a better officer with this training. It was very worthwhile. I’m glad I was here. It has caused me to re-think but not be afraid to change the way I do business.
