Like the way the class was presented. Provided knowledge thru PowerPoint, but allowed us to practice/and or put in practice the techniques w/ role players. Instruction was very knowledgeable, exciting presentation made the subject matter very understandable. I’m very interested in continuing to attend classes and further my knowledge regarding this subject matter.
